Our friends at the Endless Mountains Mustard Company continue a tradition dating back thousands of years -- the creation of wonderful prepared mustards.
Pecos Bill's BBQ, located in the Endless Mountain region of Northeastern Pennsylvania, is a family owned, specialty food and catering enterprise. The business started innocently when Bill Rupakus began barbecuing chicken for family and friends. One day, a friend suggested that Bill sell his chicken, and Pecos Bill's was born. Initially, Pecos Bill's BBQ focused on catering. But, as regular customers sought Bill's special sauces for use on their own cooking, Bill decided to bottle his sauces for all to enjoy. Stony Hill Farm Greenhouses was started in 1994 when the owners couldn't find the weird, rare plants they had become addicted to. When these plants could be located, the sellers had no clue what they were, or how to care for them.
